Section Policies – Journal Al- Kahfi: Pendidikan Islam Anak Usia Dini

1. Research Articles

• Policy: Original articles presenting research findings in the fields of Islamic Studies, Madrasah Studies, and Cultural Studies. Manuscripts must contribute to the advancement of knowledge and provide new insights in the respective fields.

• Review Process: Double-Blind Peer Review.

• Length: 4,000–8,000 words, including references, tables, and figures.

• Language: English or Indonesian.

• Format: Follow the Journal AT-Tashawwur Author Guidelines.

2. Literature Reviews

• Policy: Comprehensive and critical reviews of relevant literature within the journal’s focus and scope, offering conceptual synthesis and identifying research gaps.

• Review Process: Double-Blind Peer Review.

• Length: 3,000–6,000 words, including references.

• Language: English or Indonesian.

3. Book Reviews

• Policy: Critical evaluation of recently published books (within the last 5 years) that are relevant to Islamic Studies, Madrasah Studies, or Cultural Studies. Reviews should assess the book’s contribution, strengths, and weaknesses.

• Review Process: Editorial Review (not peer-reviewed).

• Length: 1,000–2,000 words.

• Language: English or Indonesian.

4. Editorial Notes

• Policy: Short articles written by the editorial team addressing editorial matters, journal development updates, or introductory notes for a specific issue.

• Review Process: Not peer-reviewed.

• Length: Up to 1,500 words.

• Language: English or Indonesian.
