Teachers as a profession are affirmed in Law No. 14 TH. 2005 concerning Teachers and Lecturers in article 1 paragraph 1 which states that teachers are professional educators with the main task of educating, teaching, guiding, directing, training, evaluating and evaluating students in basic education and secondary education. The teaching profession demands professional competence with teachers. The teacher is a job that requires professional competence in carrying out its main task of educating and teaching. The position of the teacher according to article 2 paragraph 1 of the Teacher and Lecturer Law is as a professional person who has a dual role besides his main task as an educator as well as a teacher, guide, demonstrator, class manager, facilitator, mediator, evaluator, student leader and as an agent of change.
